Loaded Cartel started with one idea: street food should never be boring. We're a Cape Town-based food trailer serving up loaded fries, filthy-good toppings and street-food favourites — all made fresh, to order, from our trailer.

No frozen shortcuts. No pre-made trays sitting under a heat lamp. Every box is built when you order it, piled high with the good stuff and sauced without apology.
